Prime Gaming Philippines, Inc. (PGPI ) was incorporated in the Philippines on October 31, 1924.  The company was organized as a holding company.

The company is 72.33%-owned by Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Limited of Hong Kong.  Its ultimate parent company is Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad of Malaysia.

The company’s shares of stock is listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).  It has a 100% interest in Philippine Gaming Management Corporation (PGMC or the subsidiary), which is involved principally in the business of leasing on-line lottery equipment and software support.  The subsidiary was organized in April 1993 and started commercial operations in February 1995.

The registered office of the company is located at the 9th Floor, Rufino Pacific Tower, 6784 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.  The ultimate parent company’s registered office is at the Lot13-01A, Level 13 (East Wing), Berjaya Times Square, No. 1, Jalan Imbi 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Philippine Gaming Management Corporation (PGMC) was incorporated in the Philippines on April 14, 1993.  It is presently involved principally in the business of leasing online lottery equipment, and providing technical and software support to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) exclusively for the Luzon area in the Philippines.

PGMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Gaming Philippines, Inc. (PGPI).  But PGMC’s ultimate parent company is Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad of Malaysia, a publicly listed company in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The registered office of PGMC and its parent company, PGPI, is located at 9th Floor, Rufino Pacific Tower, 6784 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
