FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANTS, BELLMAN

  • Excellent communications skill for both written and verbal. Multiple language skills are preferred.

  • Able to write and communicate in English
  • Must be confident, matured and presentable
  • Pleasant personality and customer focused
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude

WAITER/WAITRESS

  • Possess at least primary / secondary school / SPM / “O” level / higher secondary / STPM or equivalent
  • At least I year of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Must be confident, matured, presentable and pleasant personality
  • Positive working attitude

BARTENDER

  • Possess at least primary / secondary school / SPM / "O" level / higher secondary / STPM or equivalent
  • At least I year of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday
  • Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering
  • Responsible, patient and willing to handle customers queries, feedback and complaints with quick solution and professional courtesy
  • Able to make good cocktails
  • Possess pleasant personality and open minded

HOSTESS

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in the same position
  • Required skills: Computer, Negotiation skill
  • Experience as Restaurant and / or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 5 star hotel or in an acclaimed restaurant
  • Capable to work to the highest standard
  • Willing to work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday
  • Pleasant personality, excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skill
  • Discipline and motivated

COMISS I

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar operation
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of cookery
  • Proficient in spoken English
  • Willingness to further development and refine skills and have an eagerness to learn
  • Must possess the ability and willingness to work alongside collegues from different cultural backgrounds
